Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about Responder MAX and how it connects to First Arriving? You’re in the right place.
Responder MAX is the new name for the marketing, recruitment, and website division of First Arriving. While our Dashboards team remains proudly part of First Arriving, the Responder MAX brand allows us to expand our focus on marketing, creative, and strategic growth for public safety, associations, and local government.
Here, you’ll find answers about what’s changed, what’s stayed the same, and how we continue to support organizations that serve their communities every day.
What is changing?
First Arriving’s Marketing, Website, Recruitment, Video Production, and Association Management division is rebranding as Responder MAX. This change reflects our expanded capabilities and future focus. First Arriving will remain the brand for Dashboards and Digital Signage.
What about Dashboards and Digital Signage?
Dashboards and Digital Signage continue to operate under First Arriving. Only the marketing, websites, recruitment, video, and association management services now operate under Responder MAX.
Why the change?
Responder MAX reflects the evolution of our marketing, web, and recruitment services to better serve public safety agencies while First Arriving continues its focus on digital signage and technology solutions.
Does this affect my services?
No. Your services, support team, and points of contact remain exactly the same. This is a brand update — not a change in service delivery.
Was the business sold or acquired?
No. We are not being sold or acquired. The leadership and team you know remain the same. The Marketing, Websites, and Recruitment division portion of First Arriving is simply doing business as Responder MAX.
Do I need to update billing or contracts?
No. All contracts remain valid. Invoices will show First Arriving LLC d/b/a Responder MAX, and no action is required on your part.
Will our branding or visuals change?
Yes, over time you’ll see Responder MAX branding on website footers, email signatures, portals, and other materials. These updates are visual only and will not affect functionality, campaigns, or services.
Will my website experience downtime during the rebrand?
No. Your website will continue operating normally throughout the transition. Any visual branding updates, like footers showing the new Responder MAX name, will be implemented seamlessly without affecting functionality.
Will my website logins or hosting credentials change?
No. All access credentials and hosting information remain the same. Your project manager and webmaster team continue to be your main contacts for support.
Will my analytics or tracking codes change?
Any necessary updates to UTMs, GA4, or other tracking tags will be handled entirely by our team. No action is required on your part.
Will my campaigns, ads, or recruitment efforts be interrupted?
Not at all. Recruitment campaigns, paid ads, and other marketing efforts will continue running without disruption. Our team manages any necessary updates behind the scenes.
Will my members, clients, or audience notice changes?
Your audience may see Responder MAX branding in footers, event materials, or communications we support — but there are no changes to functionality or service.
Who do I contact for support?
Your current project managers, webmasters, and production teams remain your go-to contacts. There’s no change in workflows, points of contact, or service processes.
Will Responder MAX offer new services?
Yes! Under the new brand, we plan to expand offerings including recruitment, video, digital services, and more for public safety, associations, and B2B clients in 2026 and beyond.
