First Arriving and Advanced Problem Solving (APS) worked together to visualize your data from APS which includes multiple modules outlined below.

Features Include:

  • Daily Operational Calendar
  • Open Reports
    • Fields Include:
      • Incident Number
      • Officer in Charge
      • NOC/Call Type
      • Date/Time of Incident
    • Color-coded entries of either green, yellow and red to indicate how long an entry has been open.
      • Optional sorting to show red entries first
      • Color-coding criteria customizable
  • Turnout Time Dials
    • Displays the number of runs represented
    • Percentage of acceptable turnout time against a benchmark you provide
    • Sort by unit, station, shift, and department-wide
  • On Scene Times
    • Displays the number of runs represented
    • Percentage of acceptable turnout time against a benchmark you provide
    • Sort by unit, station, shift, and department-wide

What We Need:

  • Let APS know you would like to integrate with your account.
  • They will provide information to us via SFTP
  • Please note that Data / API access could be an additional charge by the vendor. This is determined by the vendor and not by First Arriving.
