MSFA Customizable Portal Imagery

I hereby grant permission for the use of my image in photographic form. I authorize the Maryland State Firefighters Association (MSFA) and First Arriving LLC to utilize the photos in the customizable recruitment material portal, printed materials, and other related contexts. I understand that my image may undergo editing, copying, exhibition, publication, or distribution, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the final product. Furthermore, I renounce any entitlement to royalties or other compensation associated with the use of my image, acknowledging that the material may be employed in various educational settings without geographic restrictions.
The photographic recordings may be employed for the following purposes:
• Recruitment and retention, public education, and public relations efforts related to firefighters, rescue and EMS personnel, students, careers, and programs
• Online marketing, printed offline materials, promotions, and campaigns
• Online and in-person conferences, educational and informational presentations, videos, or courses

By endorsing this release, I acknowledge that my photographic recordings may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in public settings.

This release has no time limit on its validity, and there are no geographic restrictions on the distribution of these materials. It applies exclusively to photographic recordings collected during the sessions specified on this document.
