EMS Department in Versailles, Ohio uses First Arriving Digital Dashboards to Relay Time-Critical Information to its Members

Versailles EMS recently implemented First Arriving Digital Dashboards in their station. Chief Matt Harvey weighed in on his experience with First Arriving, saying all Dashboard integrations were incredibly useful, and he has received the most positive feedback about Active911’s integration capabilities.

“The entire process was a breeze from first reaching out, to the first implementation call to arrival of our dashboards. We were kept informed of the progress during the build and support since implementation has been above and beyond,” Harvey said.

Versailles EMS implemented their dashboards right before the COVID-19 pandemic. The Digital Dashboards have allowed for distribution of critical information regarding Coronavirus protocols, real-time recommendations, and response changes when necessary.

Across the board, Versailles EMS members have been well received, and Harvey likes that he is able to keep all members informed without filling their inboxes with emails or texts, but rather it is all made available on one screen.

The department highly recommends First Arriving Digital Dashboards, especially to those who need to get out real-time information to members quickly.
