As an emergency response-based organization, First Arriving was the choice that the Vincennes Township Fire Department made to rebuild their entire website.

Matt Bowman, photographer and social media manager for the Vincennes Township Fire Department, was tasked with updating the department’s website, which had gone fairly unchanged in the past 5 years.
The Vincennes Township Fire Department in Vincennes, Indiana is a fairly large department with 8 career firefighters and 60 volunteers. On average, the department handles about 900 calls annually. Their new site launched in this past May which allows all of their community to be able to easily access the department online and keep updated with the department.
After looking around online, Bowman was deciding between 4 different companies to help him update the department website. Bowman found that First Arriving that gave him the best answers to all of his questions.
The entire process of completing his goal was rebuilding the entire website was much more than Bowman said he was expecting. “It was a new experience for me” Bowman said. Bowman’s experience with the First Arriving went great and the team worked well with any extra additions that Bowman and his department wanted to add.
