When departments support each other, we give back.
First Arriving is built on a simple reality: Public safety agencies trust each other.
When one department introduces another to better operational visibility, we believe that impact should extend beyond the platform.
How It Works
If you introduce us to another department and they become a First Arriving customer, we’ll make a donation in your department’s name to a public safety charity.
No forms. No formal program to join. Just a way to give back when departments help each other.
Why We Do This
Public safety runs on trust, not transactions. Departments share what works — across counties, regions, and states — to improve readiness, communication, and response.
This is our way of recognizing that collaboration and reinvesting in the community that drives it.
Where Donations Go
We support organizations that serve the public safety community, including:
- National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
- National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund
- National EMS Memorial Service
All donations are made in the name of the referring agency.
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is:
- A way to give back to the profession
- Recognition of peer-to-peer collaboration
This is not:
- A referral incentive
- A reward or compensation program
