Prince George's County (MD) Fire/EMS Dashboard Overview

Welcome To First Arriving Dashboards! This Page Is An Overview Of PG County’s Dashboard Screens, The Content On Each Screen, And How To Make Updates And Changes. It Is Important To Note That Screens Seen Below Will Vary Slightly Among Stations. If You Have Questions Not Covered Below, Please Feel Free To Reach Out To Lt. On page 1, you will see Units OOS, Turnout Times for all stations and device station for current shift (measurements are based off of a 60 second benchmark), EPCRs for all stations and device station, and Hospital Status. All of these sections are managed in First Watch.

On page 2, you will see the weather forecast and radar which are managed in Aeris Weather. If there is a weather warning for your area, the warning will appear in the top right corner of the dashboard in red and will remain there until the warning has been lifted.

In this version of page 3, you will see Passalong, Hydrants OOS, Equipment Maintenance, and Training and Certification Expirations (Red if expired, Yellow if expiring within 90 days). All of these sections are managed in Google Sheets.

In this version of page 3, you will see Passalong, Road Closures, Equipment Maintenance, and Upcoming Training Events (Station 845 shows Riding Assignments instead of Training Events). All of these sections are managed in Google Sheets.

On page 4 and beyond, you will begin seeing your custom Google Sheets and Slides. In this example, you see the CHATS Region V. This is managed in Google Sheets but cannot be edited.

This view shows how alarms will display on your dashboard. They will remain on the screen for two minutes and are created by Active911.

This page displays for battalion devices and shows turnout times and EPCRs for all stations within the battalion. This section is managed by First Watch.

Your dashboard may have additional pages managed by Google Slides. These pages can be used to display maps, photos, messages, and more. Some examples are shown below.
