Our platform runs in Amazon Web Services GovCloud — an isolated U.S. region purpose-built to meet the strict security and compliance requirements of government and public-safety agencies, with compute, database, and storage services that maintain SOC 2 Type II certification.

Canadian agencies can be hosted on dedicated AWS infrastructure in Canada, keeping their data resident in-country to support Canadian data-residency requirements.

Our compliance posture
First Arriving is currently in the SOC 2 process. Our cloud providers — compute, database, and storage — maintain SOC 2 Type II certification, giving your data an independently audited foundation while our own certification is underway.
