Town of Palm Beach Adds First Arriving Dashboards for Quicker Communication

A three-station fire department in the town of Palm Beach, Florida recently implemented First Arriving Dashboards into their stations to enhance communication efforts.

“We are trying to keep people informed,” Jimmy Duane, assistant fire chief, said.

His goal for the department was to get their members informed in an efficient manner.

Other departments in Palm Beach have the First Arriving Dashboard system and Duane found out about it through monthly meetings.

He then started researching more about it until he came across First Arriving through local partners. These departments gave positive reviews about First Arriving, which is what made Duane reach out to First Arriving and start working with Ross.

“Working with Ross has been great, and it’s been an easy process,” Duane said.

First Arriving has helped Town of Palm Beach have quicker and more reliable communication and the dashboards have been well received by the department.
