First Arriving’s integration with Narcbox by EMS Logik allows real-time reporting of your out-of-pharmacy narcotics stored in NarcBox devices to be shown directly on your dashboards. This allows customers to, at a glance, see status of different boxes and lockers, even pouches, all the way down to serial numbers and location, the last sync, and also the last reported temp! Ensuring everything is on track will be much easier allowing this information to be front and center on your dashboards.
What Connects
Your Narcbox by EMS Logik data — on the wall, desktop, and in every pocket.
Boxes
Serial number, location/unit, last sync, firmware version, mode, and temperature.
HQ & Lockers
Serial number, location/unit, last sync, firmware version, mode, and any actions taken.
Pouches
Name and location.
Live in four steps.
Reach out to your account manager at EMS Logik and request an API key for First Arriving access.
Once the API key is obtained, send it to Dashboards@firstarriving.com and request that you want the integration added.
Include in the request specifically what you want to show from Narcbox.
Additional Note
Data or API access could carry an additional charge. This is determined by the vendor, not by First Arriving.
