Stephanie Harvey Joins First Arriving as Director of Strategic Marketing

Government Sector Executive to Lead Marketing Across First Arriving Technology Platforms and Support Local Government Clients

Richmond, Va. – First Arriving, a leader in providing technology and marketing services for fire/EMS, law enforcement and local government, today announced that it has appointed Stephanie Harvey as its Director of Strategic Marketing. Harvey, a local government sector marketing executive, brings a passion for visual storytelling and experience working as a leader in local government and retail marketing.

Prior to joining First Arriving, Harvey served as Marketing Officer for the City of Riverside, Calif., where she oversaw in-house marketing and communications efforts across 16 different departments. She also served as Economic Development Marketing Manager for the City. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from University of La Verne and a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
